For this anniversary event, we're opening the cellar and sharing a hand-picked selection of rare and aged bottles from across our journey.

Hosted by our brewing team, this open access tasting will offer a unique opportunity to compare vintages, discover how sake evolves with age, and hear some of the stories behind some of our most memorable brews.
