For this anniversary event, we're opening the cellar and sharing a hand-picked selection of rare and aged bottles from across our journey.
Taste your way through the story of KANPAI, exploring how our brewing has developed over the years, from early releases to award-winning favourites and a few surprises that have been quietly maturing in our archive.
Hosted by our brewing team, this open access tasting will offer a unique opportunity to compare vintages, discover how sake evolves with age, and hear some of the stories behind some of our most memorable brews.
