We have collaborated with the one and only Samuel Boulton from Kokushu Creative to develop this beautiful WINTER edition Koji Cocktail set. A perfect sipper over the festive season, an ideal sharer for the cocktail lovers in your life!

The cocktail comprises of two parts - the main blended bottle comprising of 100% Koji Sake, Rice Shochu, Sweet Vermouth, Chestnut and Winter Spices, plus a pipette bottle of our very own KANPAI Drinking Hon Mirin.

Set includes:

• WINTER - KOJI COCKTAIL 500ml bottle

• KANPAI Drinking Hon Mirin 100ml pipette bottle

The perfect serve:

1. Place cocktail bottle in freezer for 1 hour - set your timer

2. Add 10ml of the Hon Mirin to a chilled coupe glass and gently swill

3. Pour over 100ml of the cocktail from the freezer

4. Enjoy with friends!

One bottle is 5 × 100ml serves, plus you will have 50ml remaining from the hon mirin to try on its own…
