Discover the magic of Bodaimoto sake with us on Thursday 11th September!

In collaboration with Tengu Sake we are very pleased to welcome Tsuji Honten to KANPAI.

You'll enjoy 6 glasses of sake from the groundbreaking Tsuji Honten brewery in Okayama, Japan. The brewery famous for its Gozenshu sake and renowned for reviving the ancient Bodaimoto brewing method, where to this day they remain one of only a handful of breweries to use the ancient technique!

The selection chosen for the tasting includes some exclusive bottles not available in the UK - these will be accompanied by a selection of nibbles to enjoy pairing with the sake!

We'll be joined by Tsuji san himself, who will be flying in all the way from Japan! This will be the perfect occasion to ask any questions regarding Tsuji Honten's sake and the Bodaimoto method, as well as any in-depth sake questions you may have for this infamous sake master.

It'll be a fantastic event for both beginners and sake aficionados, so hope to see you all there!
