CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR DELIVERIES

Our cut-off for Christmas deliveries was 11am on the 19th December. Orders placed after this point will still be dispatched up until the 23rd December, but will likely not arrive until the following week due to expected delays with couriers over the festive period. Normal shipping will not resume until after the New Year, with normal dispatches expected to begin again on Monday 5th January. Wishing you and yours a fabulous festive season! Team KANPAI x

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING

We deliver across MAINLAND UK for free on orders over £100 or a flat fee of £6.50 will be added at checkout for smaller orders. Orders received during business hours (Mon - Fri, 9 - 5pm), we do our very best to dispatch the following business day. Unfortunately, our courier does not collect or deliver on Weekends or Bank Holidays. For more info read our T&Cs. If you would like to enquire about delivery outside of mainland UK, please contact us for a quote. Please be aware that shipping and transport is frequently unpredictable - we can make no guarantees on lead times once passed to our couriers. Thank you for your understanding!

PLEASE CHECK OUR OPENING HOURS OVER THE FESTIVE BREAK BEFORE PLACING A CLICK & COLLECT ORDER - WE DO NOT REOPEN UNTIL WEDNESDAY 31ST DECEMBER. To collect your order from our Taproom in London Bridge, please select the ‘PICKUP’ option in the shipping section during checkout. This option is free, we will pack up your order and send you an email notification as soon as it’s ready to collect - which is typically the following business day (EXCEPT OVER THE FESTIVE SEASON).
