Roll your sleeves up and join us for an intensive full brew day course - includes hands-on training and theory to successfully brew your own sake at home, plus we kick off the first stage of your very own micro-brew together and provide the materials and kit required to finish your bubbling batch of junmai-shu at home. Home brew sake, here we come!
Includes Japanese lunch freshly prepared in our Kitchen and an extensive sake tasting.
The brew kit is reasonably compact, however alongside the ingredients provided it weighs approx 10kg in total, please consider this when making travel arrangements.
