Retail Customer T&Cs
SHIPPING & COLLECTION
We charge a flat shipping fee of £5 and shipping is free on orders over £100 (currently we ship within mainland UK only). Orders received prior to 5pm will typically be dispatched the following business day (Monday to Friday) on a 2-3 day Parcelforce or Royal Mail service. If you’re local or passing through you can also select ‘Click & Collect’ as your shipping option, and your order will be available for collection the following day from the taproom during our Taproom & Bottle Shop opening hours. Customers will receive a second email notification when their package has been dispatched or is ready for collection (please wait to receive your dispatch/collect notification before attempting to track/collect your package).
PACKAGING
We use bespoke packaging to keep our precious sake safe whilst it travels to you. We use double walled high strength cardboard boxes, sealed with tamper proof biodegradable tape.
BILLING INFORMATION
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. For online card transactions, payments are securely processed using SSL protocol via STRIPE payments.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & NON-DELIVERY
If you're unhappy with your delivery then please contact us via email within seven working days after it's received. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will refund the value of your order minus any discounts and delivery charges. Ensuring the safe return of the package and postage cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Despite our best efforts, breakages do occasionally happen - it this occurs, please photograph the breakages and let us know straight away, and we'll refund you for the broken items or dispatch a replacement.
Title is retained with KANPAI LONDON LTD. until payment in full is received, and until the customer takes final delivery of the goods.
We make every effort to supply goods as shown on our web site, however occasionally we do have to substitute products for an alternative of equal or greater value, where a valid substitute is available. In this event, we will attempt to contact you first.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in any doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request photographic ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the delivery.

Wholesale Customer T&Cs
WHOLESALE
We supply our products through various wholesalers nationwide, and are proud to work closely with Speciality Brands and Les Caves de Pyrene as our main UK distributors.
We also distribute product directly to both on and off-trade customers in units of whole cases quantities only plus minimum order sizes of £250 ex VAT.
