An invitation behind the cellar door. Three carefully curated drops of unique, ultra-limited-release sake, hand-selected by our brewers across the 2026–27 brewing season.

This is our personal edit: a chance to discover small releases and explore the sake we’re most excited to share, with tasting notes that tell the story behind every bottle.

Each delivery includes at least 750ml of sake, plus a little something extra (merchandise, snacks or a gift chosen to complete the box).

A thoughtful gift for a sake lover, or a place on our cellar-door list for yourself.

£150 includes:

• Three curated deliveries: December 2026, March and June 2027

• At least 750ml per drop of unique, ultra-limited-release sake

• Brewers’ tasting notes with every delivery

• Merchandise, snacks or a small gift in each box

• UK mainland shipping on all three deliveries

One payment. No recurring subscription.

All boxes will be dispatched from the 15th of each month (December, March, June).
