To kick-off this year’s Peckham Festival we are hosting our very own koji making workshop. A rare chance to learn the art of koji making – the basis of many Asian fermentations, including: sake, amazake, miso and soy sauce. Get hands on with rice fermentation and learn all about this amazing magic ingredient in this introductory session.
