After a long phone conversation with Mark at Dingley Dell he said he wanted to rock up in a field with a pig and cook it, we thought what better place than the PX+ Crop Circle. This will be family style feasting of a live fire, nose to tail Whole Beast lunch with one of Mark’s pigs.
As we know nothing about wine, we decided to team up with our friends at Kanpai London Craft Sake to match the cook out with their sake, a very special yet to be released Dry Barrel Aged Sake Lager and one of their seasonal sake cocktails.
