On Friday 27th June, join us at the Kanpai taproom for a very special evening with guest Yoichiro Umetsu, kuramoto (brewery owner) of Yonetsuru Brewery in Yamagata, Japan, and Erika Haigh of Mai Sake!

Together, they’ll be personally pouring two exclusive sake flights, including a three-sake lineup never before seen in the UK, hand-carried in Umetsu-san’s suitcase especially for this night.

The second flight? A one-night-only Yonetsuru Brewery special.

Come down, say hi, sip some ultra-rare sake, and hear behind-the-scenes stories about what life is really like at a Japanese brewery.
