Join us at KANPAI Sake Brewery for a great introduction to Shochu cocktails on Thursday 18th May, featuring special guest bartender Samuel Boulton, author of "The Art of Mixing Koji Cocktails."

For one night only, Samuel will be taking over the cocktail list at our taproom, showcasing a carefully curated selection of drinks especially for us. Experience the fusion of Japanese tradition and modern mixology, where these Koji-inspired cocktails feature a range of different shochu selected from a variety of importers.
