On the night we will be tasting 5 premium KANPAI sake (including the two new yamahai), paired with 5 carefully selected charcuterie and smoke salmon, all introduced and guided by the wonderful people that had a hand in making each of the products.

The evening will take place on our private mezzanine overlooking our brand new sake brewery in London Bridge.
