KANPAI Sake Tasting Masterclasses

The process of creating sake stands as a tribute to the Takumi craftsmanship that is applied to every Lexus, witnessed in design details and flawless finishes achieved with human skills perfected through years of dedicated training.

KANPAI, meaning ‘cheers’ in Japanese, is the UK’s first sake brewery. Founded by couple Lucy and Tom Wilson in 2016 after falling in love with the fermented rice drink in Japan, they hand craft all their modern British sakes using traditional Japanese techniques, in Peckham, London.

Hosted by KANPAI London, visitors to the Show are invited to take part in a Sake tasting masterclass. Taking place daily, at 11am, 1pm and 3pm check out the full timetable here and grab a spot on one of their guided tasting sessions. Tickets cost £5 per person.
