GAIJIN is an intimate fifteen-seat “Anglo-Japanese” chef's table restaurant run by Paul Frost and Jona Higgins. Drawing on British seasonal ingredients and inspired by their experiences travelling, working and living in Japan, the menu pays homage to Japanese soul food (洋食 yōshoku) as much as to fine dining.  The atmosphere is relaxed and informal – taking cue from Tokyo izakayas. 

We fell in love with this supper club when we first visited back in 2017, and now we're over the moon to be teaming up for another special night of sake-pairing to their 11 immaculately prepared courses. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients is truly second to none and we can't wait to compliment it with extra umami kicks from our sakes, including experimental batches not yet on sale!

Booking
The meal is an 11-course "omakase" tasting menu priced at £70 + service (this includes an arrival cocktail and four paired drinks). A £25 deposit is required for your booking (paid via PayPal or bank transfer), with the remainder paid by cash on the night.
