Join one of our Japanese inspired workshops where you can experience how sake is brewed, make your own miso or learn how to serve the perfect cup of matcha tea. We are hosting a series of workshops throughout the weekend watch this space for times of listings and booking information.
Some workshops will require booking, however our taproom will be open with extended hours for the entirety of the Peckham Festival weekend; so feel free to drop in for a chat, to take a look at what we’re up to and to sample some sake. KANPAI!

Friday 13th September:
5-10pm join us in our taproom to enjoy our special tasting sets of sake
Saturday 14th September:
12pm or 5pm - book onto our brewery tour with tasting (£25 per person - email email@example.com to secure your spot)
3pm - miso making workshop with Haruko (London-based fermenter & Nakaji’s Koji Academy certified koji specialist). You’ll learn the history and process of miso fermentation, taste many different kinds of miso, learn some miso recipes and make 500g of rice miso each to take home in a 1L kilner jar (£25 per person - email firstname.lastname@example.org to secure your spot) - SOLD OUT!
Sunday 15th September:
2-4pm - tea masterclass with the Rare Tea Company - free drop-in session to to sample cold infused matcha and learn how to whisk up the perfect hot matcha, as well as how to brew other Japanese teas. All available to buy to takeaway.
